For those of you who have a creative flair and love to get involved in setting your own table, our ‘Set Your Own High Tea’ package is for you. We supply you with everything you need to create a beautiful vintage tea party, whilst you add your own individual touches such as table linens, flowers and décor. You can also choose add on items from our Individual Hire List should you wish to add extra vintage sparkle.

If setting and styling your own table is not for you, why not take the stress away and let us do the hard work for you. As part of the Deluxe High Tea package, we will transform your event into a vintage dream, whilst you relax and enjoy the experience. At the end of your rental period, we will collect and clean all items.

Pretty in Pink theme is a feminine combination of floral prints, pastel pinks and gold gilded accents. Pink napkins accentuate the delicate crockery and diamond cut glassware adds a touch of sophistication. Perfect for a girls baby shower or lady’s afternoon tea.
This theme is a range of beautiful blue tones, gold gilding and striking floral prints. Diamond cut glassware adds sparkle and compliments the vintage china perfectly. Perfect for a boys baby shower or birthday celebration.
A fresh mix of gorgeous mint greens, sunny lemons and pretty pink florals. Perfect for adding a pop of colour to your table, this colour palette is fun and vibrant. The gold gilding adds sparkle and shine, alongside the diamond cut glassware. Perfect for a neutral baby shower or birthday celebration.

STEP ONE
Simply chose one of our stunning rental packages or pick the individual items you require, along with the colour scheme that fits your event theme.
Fill out the Inquiry Form via the ‘Get in Touch’ tab and we will get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your requirements in further detail.
We will secure a date and time along with number of guests and if available we will send you an invoice and our Terms and Conditions of rental.
STEP TWO
Your booking will be confirmed once we have received payment of rental, breakages deposit and signed Terms and Conditions form.
You will then receive a confirmation email detailing your rental order. Time to get excited for your event!
STEP THREE
On the day of your event, we will arrive at your venue with your chosen rental items at the agreed time. This will normally be within 3 hours of your event start time.
If you opted for items from our Individual Hire List or chose our ‘Set Your Own High Tea’ package, we will leave your boxed items with you.
If you selected our Deluxe High Tea or Royal-Tea package we will get to work setting your beautiful tablescape for you and your guests.
Once set up, you can enjoy your pretty china and make beautiful memories!
STEP FOUR
When your event is over, no need to wash up, that’s all done by us! All we request from you is a quick rinse of all crockery items to ensure no food or drink debris is left behind!
Repack all items in their original boxes using the Repacking Guide that you will receive via email and we will collect all items at the agreed pick-up time. It’s as simple as that!
You can choose your colour pallet from the ‘Colour Scheme’ section, however, due to the mismatched nature of vintage crockery we cannot guarantee that you will receive any one particular pattern. Should you have a colour scheme in mind that you don’t see, we will be more than happy to discuss it further, just hit the ‘get it touch’ button and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
All packages are designed for a minimum of 6 guests. We can accommodate up to 32 guests for each colour theme.
If the beauty of mismatching colours and patterns appeals to you, we can accommodate up to 120 guests. Please get in touch for a bespoke quotation and we will be happy to discuss your requirements further.
Absolutely not! If one of our pre designed packages is not for you, you can opt to hire from our Individual Item List, where there is a minimum order value of 350dhs.
Our Royal-Tea package includes seasonal fresh blooms to provide a simple yet elegant addition to your tablescape. We are happy to work alongside your chosen florist if you require us to do so. If you opt for our High Tea or Deluxe High Tea packages, we are happy to recommend our chosen florist to assist you with your event.
We do not provide catering at this time; however, we are happy to recommend our chosen caterers for your event. We’ll gladly discuss this at the time of booking.
Once we have confirmed availability for your chosen date and order, you will be required to pay 100% of the rental cost at the time of booking. This will ensure your booking is secured.
A refundable damage deposit of 50% of the total hire amount or 500dhs (whichever is greater) will be charged at the time of booking to cover any loss or damage (items broken, chipped, cracked or missing). This amount will be returned once all items have been checked back in by Teacups and Pearls.
The standard rental period is for 1 day. We are happy to arrange a longer/ shorter hire period, should there be the availability to do so. For extra rental time, we will require at least 48 hours notice. This may be subject to an additional charge.
If you need to cancel your order and it is 30 days in advance, you will be offered a full refund. For cancellations between 8 to 29 days, you will be given a 50% refund of your total order amount. For cancellations within 7 days of your event, there will be no refund offered. If you wish to reschedule a booking, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate your request based on our availability.
